Preseason conditioning has been going on for three weeks now.
You must have your physical to participate.
This week we added Wednesday afternoons to the mix.
The schedule is as follows:
Tues. In room conditioning 2:45-4:00PM
Wed. Open Mats 2:45-4:00PM
Thurs. Weight training 2:45-4:00PM
